Accent Computer Solutions hosts second workshop to meet local demand for cloud information

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2011) – Accent Computer Solutions, Inc. is hosting a free business workshop titled “Navigating the Cloud.” The seminar will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center, 12505 Cultural Center Drive in Rancho Cucamonga.

The workshop will be presented by company representatives who will educate attendees about what cloud computing is and how it works; the advantages and disadvantages; the various Google and Microsoft options available; bandwidth, security and back up concerns; and critical facts every business must know before switching to a cloud-based network. Attendees will also see a demonstration of the most popular tablets and cloud devices.

“There is a lot of hype surrounding ‘The Cloud,’ but very few business owners and professionals know what it is and how to utilize it for business, so there is a great demand for straight-talk education on the subject,” said Marty Kaufman, president of Accent Computer Solutions. “We held this same event last month and after filling the room with more than 50 people we decided to help out the local business community and hold it again.”
