Achieving Great Performance Lunch Meeting by Jack Kantola
Thursday, March 21, 2013
11:30am – 1:15pm
The Mission Inn, 3649 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside
Is it really possible to achieve great employee performance? Is there some magic spell that will motivate employees to achieve the results you want and expect?
There may not be a magic spell to use but Jack Kantola will share some relevant ideas on getting the best performance out of your employees during our October luncheon meeting, including:
- The importance of clearly defined and well communicated expectations;
- Creating and adhering to well established and understood boundaries;
- Building an environment of support and trust; and,
- Providing effective/relevant training and education at all levels.
Jack will teach us how to use these familiar ideas to effectively achieve results in everyday business situations.
