The economy can take its toll on your health, wealth, and passion for life. However, it doesn’t have to be that way! There are ways to keep yourself going strong without getting bogged down with the pressures of life.

You are invited to attend the initial class of a seven-week series at the Banning White House. Beginning January 18 at 6:30 pm, the series will study what it takes to live a healthy life in our current world.

God did not make you to live a mediocre life, but wants you to flourish by living a healthy life. He has an amazing purpose for you; however, you must be healthy in order to do what he has called you to do. Certified personal trainer and national public speaker, Ashleigh Benavides, will share with you from a biblical perspective how lifestyle habits can make or break you during stressful times. The study will include a take-home workbook, short exercise routine, and more.

This study is different than others in that it views healthy living from all aspects: body, mind and spirit from God’s point of view. Some of the topics that will be discussed include:

• Balancing life so it’s not blue;
• Two amazing, blue-kicking powers you may not know you have;
• Fuel and movement to boot the blues;
• Send the blues packing with a four-letter word.

The initial class on January 18 is open and free to the public. Samples of healthy food will be available. Ashleigh Benavides, who currently lives in southern California, has an extreme burden for the United States because of the high obesity rate and the resulting lifestyle diseases and deaths. She has been led by God to write this study. Ashleigh, a personal trainer and boot camp instructor, is married to her husband, Sam, who also assists her in teaching the healthy living classes.
