I was pleasantly surprised and honored to be chosen as the 2012 National Association of Women Business Owners ‘Legacy Award’ recipient. Your presence at the 2013 event is important because you’ll witness, first hand, women entrepreneurs who diligently strive to succeed in the business world. As a newspaper business owner and publisher for almost 40 years, I was elated to be among the role models and peers who in solidarity encourage and motivate each other.
