Children’s Eyewear Sight leases space at Victoria Promenade
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (July 7, 2011)— US Hung Wui Investment Inc., property owner of Victoria Promenade, is pleased to announce that Children’s Eyewear Sight has leased approximately 1,072 square feet of commercial space at the mixed-used commercial center in Rancho Cucamonga. Children’s Eyewear Sight will use the space located at 11940 Foothill Blvd. as its new corrective eyewear center for children. The company will hold a grand opening on July 8. Local community members are invited to attend.
Victoria Promenade is a 136,000 square-foot office and retail center built in 2009 that is currently occupied by Four Points by Sheraton, Union 76, Color Tile, Subway, Farmers Insurance, Edward Jones Financial Services, Chronic Tacos and Mutual of Omaha Bank.
“Children’s Eyewear Sight is a great addition to Victoria Promenade.” said Steve Barklis, property representative for US Hung Wui Investment. “The company will bring more diversity to the center’s service offerings and drive foot traffic from new market segments.”
Children’s Eyewear Sight has leased unit 107 in building C for five years. The lease was negotiated by Stephen Siu of APL Commercial.

Children’s Eyewear Sight specializes in providing eye glasses to infants, children and young adults in need of corrective sight. They provide the largest selection of sizes and styles of glasses in the Inland Empire. The company stocks about 500 different styles of glasses.
