CSUSB Center Offers Workshop On Websites For Small Businesses
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – A workshop on acquiring and maintaining a presence on the Internet for small business owners will be presented Tuesday, March 20, by the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino.
“Websites for Small Businesses: Affordable Alternatives” will be from 6-8 p.m. at the center’s office, 202 East Airport Drive, Suite 100, in San Bernardino. The cost is $20 if pre-registered or $25 at the door. To register, visit the center’s website at www.iewbc.org or call 909-890-1242.
Specifically geared to the non-technical person, the workshop will focus on the basic costs for setting up and maintaining a small business website, along with information on obtaining advanced website capabilities at affordable prices. Also featured will be information on basic Internet marketing and search engine optimization concepts.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
The program provides services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.
