Free Collaboration Management Workshop Funded by the US Department of Commerce and the California Emerging Technology Fund
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host a workshop on Thursday, July 21 to help people who are considering launching a new business or who already operate their own business.
“Collaboration Management” is scheduled from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Office of Business Development which is located at 201-B North “E” Street, Suite200, in San Bernardino. The workshop is free to all who attend.
This course will inform the small business owner on how collaborative management and technology software can help their business effectively connect with customers to deliver better products and services, obtain contracts with corporations and government agencies, provide streamlined services using fewer resources, and increase profits while improving efficiency.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of theInland EmpireCenterfor Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
The program provides services in English and Spanish toLatinabusiness owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.
The eMarketing workshop is possible with generous funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act within the U.S. Department of Commerce and the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF). CETF provides leadership statewide to minimize the Digital Divide by accelerating the deployment of broadband and other advanced communication services to underserved communities and populations.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only. The center also has a part-time outreach office in Corona, where it meets clients by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
