IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS WITH A FREE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT WEBINAR FUNDED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND THE CALIFORNIA EMERGING TECHNOLOGY FUND
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host a webinar on Tuesday, May 15 to help people who are considering launching a new business or who already operate their own business.
The “Customer Relationship Management Webinar: Retain Customers, Save Money and Increase Your Bottom Line” webinar is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and can be taken online from the comfort of your own home. The webinar is free to all who attend.
Attend this webinar to explore the benefits of using customer relationship management (CRM) tools to advance the operations of your small business. The workshop will discuss the various ways CRM tools can be used to help you grow your business. Also, learn how to select and implement an appropriate CRM solution, including a survey of popular CRM products and services.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners.
The program provides services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women business owners in the country.
The Project Management workshop is possible with generous funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act within the U.S. Department of Commerce and the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF). CETF provides leadership statewide to minimize the Digital Divide by accelerating the deployment of broadband and other advanced communication services to underserved communities and populations.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only. The center also has a part-time outreach office in Corona, where it meets clients by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
