Fitness Classes Available
Fontana, California – The Mayor and City Council invite the community to get out and get fit by taking classes that are offered at the Miller Fitness Center, located at 17004 Arrow Boulevard.
The classes that are currently offered at the Miller Fitness Center are Ultimate Fitness, Tai Chi Chuan, Racquetball Fundamentals and Snack and Bowl.
Ultimate Fitness is a five-week class and is open for registration. The next class session begins on Monday, Feb. 14. Ultimate Fitness has a $50 fee and is limited to ages 16 and older.
Tai Chi Chuan is a five-week class and is currently accepting registration for the next class session, which begins on Monday, Feb. 14. Tai Chi has a fee of $70.50, and is for ages 16 and up.
Racquetball Fundamentals is a four-week class held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Registration is currently open for the next class session, which is to begin on Tuesday, March 1. Racquetball Fundamentals has a fee of $40, and is for ages 16 and up.
Snack and Bowl is an eight-week class that is currently accepting registration for the next session, which is to begin on Friday, March 4. The Snack and Bowl class has a $40 fee and is for ages 2-18.
An additional $10 fee will be charged to non-residents for any of these classes.
