MSJC’s Unveils Renovated Athletics Facilities
San Jacinto, CA – Mt. San Jacinto College held an open house on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018 for its renovated Athletics Facilities on the San Jacinto Campus. The event was held prior to the regular Board of Trustees meeting. The $12.4 million project included a new baseball field, all-weather football field, renovated gymnasium and locker rooms and much more.

Attendees included MSJC Trustees Tom Ashley, Dr. Sherrie Guerrero, Ann Motte and Dorothy McGargill. Former trustee and new Menifee Mayor Bill Zimmerman joined the celebration, as did Riverside County Sheriff’s Captain Leonard Purvis. Heather Perry, representative for Sen. Mike Morrell, R-Rancho Cucamonga, presented Trustee Ashley and the district with a certificate of recognition. Trustee Ashley, Athletics Dean Patrick Springer and MSJC Superintendent/President Dr. Roger Schultz thanked voters, the board members and staff involved in the project.
