Redlands, Calif. – Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading national retail and multifamily development company, announced today that local coffee shop, Augies Coffee Roasters, has signed on as a new tenant at the Redlands Packing House District, a Sprouts-anchored neighborhood center located at Eureka Street and the I-10 Freeway.

Expected to open July 2018, the 1,079 square-foot space located on the northwest corner of Eureka Street and Stuart Avenue, will be the Redlands, Calif.-based coffee shop’s second Redlands location and fifth total across Southern California. Current Augies Coffee locations include downtown Redlands, Riverside, Temecula and Claremont.

“We are excited to bring an iconic local operator to the project,” said Bryan Lamond, Director of Leasing for Evergreen Development. “Augies has a very strong connection to the Redlands community, and we are pleased to be able to bring their unique energy and local flavor to the Packing House.”

Augies joins several other tenants lined up for the shopping center, including Orangetheory Fitness, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Amazing Lash, Club Pilates, Luna Grill, Chronic Tacos, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Ketcherside Dental.

The packing house-themed retail and restaurant center is currently more than 85% percent preleased. Once complete, the 87,810-square-foot center, co-anchored by Sprouts and recently-opened PetSmart, will have space for three major tenants with five outparcel buildings for retail stores and restaurants. Ryan Sullivan, Eric Whitmer and Ricky Borane at Western Retail Advisors have been marketing the Center on behalf of Evergreen.
