Women on Fire: CEOs of the Coachella Valley
Palm Desert, CA – The Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center (CVWBC) is hosting a special event, designed to be held quarterly, entitled Women on Fire: CEOs of Coachella Valley. The event will feature speakers who are past participants in the It’s Your Time program who have gone on to establish and expand successful businesses.
This series of events will build on the connections that are created when like-minded individuals encounter others who work to build business through relationships. The events will feature networking, speakers, and wine and cheese.
The event will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The 12th Floor Lounge at Fantasy Springs Casino, located at 84245 Indio Springs Parkway in Indio. The cost is $10 with online registration. To register go to www.cvwbc.org and click on Special Events or Workshops. For more information call Kim Scanlan at 760.345.9200.
This series of events will promote the recognition of women in business who have successfully navigated the peaks and valleys that come with entrepreneurship. Key to this series is educating women about the opportunities that are available, the existing support networks, and the myriad of resources available for their use.
According to Ms. Scanlan, Project Director, “Our intent is to bring together women entrepreneurs who can find common ground in the growth of their business and personal ideals.”
