(SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.) Few people know exactly what is needed to create and produce a commercial.  Be it for radio or for television, the process is filled with complex issues, requiring the ability to spot and handle the smallest of details. With eight years of experience as a production assistant, Janeen Britain makes certain Dameron Communications handles every detail properly and timely for their clients.

Born in Montana, taking care of customer needs comes easily to Janeen, who prior to becoming a production assistant worked in retail for 18 years. These days she calls Upland, California home and is responsible for coordinating the production needs of clients, casting for auditions, as well as hiring and scheduling production crews.

“I really enjoy what I am doing,” said Janeen. “I like the energy of interacting with so many different people and projects during our location shoots.  I particularly enjoy working with the non-profit organizations. They are so passionate about what they do, it really motivates me to do positive things for the community too.”

An extra benefit for Janeen has been the opportunity to work with award winning director and her husband, Mark Damon Britain. While they have focused their talents on the production of corporate commercials, the duo has also worked on several independent films.

Most recently, The Path, directed by Mark Damon Britain, earned them an honorable mention at the San Diego Christian film festival and 2nd place at the Southwest Christian film festival.

In her spare time, Janeen is active with her church, Crossroads Community Church, located in Rancho Cucamonga.
