Corona Business Assist Program Offers Workshop On Business Plan Seminar
CORONA, Calif. – A business without a business plan is like a traveler without a map. Learn how to develop your roadmap to business success by attending this two hour “Business Plan Workshop” presented by the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino on Wednesday, June 20 in Corona to help people who are considering launching a new business or who already operate their own businesses. Attendees will:
• Discover the importance of business planning
• Identify sections of the business plan
• Develop financial projections and sales forecasting
• Obtain a FREE business plan outline
“Business Plan Workshop: Your Roadmap to Business Success” is scheduled from 6 pm to 8 pm in the multipurpose room at the Corona City Hall located at 400 South Vicentia Avenue in Corona. The cost of the workshop is $20 for those who register online or $25 for all others, Corona residents and businesses will not be charged with proof of residency. The event is presented by the Corona Women’s Business Partnership, which is organized by the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center in collaboration with the Corona Business Assistance Program. Corona business owners and residents have access to the Corona Business Assistance Program as a resource partner in their pursuit of small business growth and success.
The CBA program offers monthly start-up workshops and provides free business counseling by appointment only each Wednesday and Thursday at the Corona Public Library.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners. The program also offers services in English and Spanish to Latina business owners, currently the fastest growing group of women who own businesses in the country.
The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center’s hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday by appointment only.
