Free Flu Vaccinations Offered to Seniors on September 16th, 2011
Heritage Gardens Health Care Center, Heritage Gardens Retirement Center, and Arrowhead United Way Partner to Bring Health Screening Clinic to Seniors
Loma Linda, CA – Free flu vaccinations will be provided to the first 100 seniors who participate in the health screening clinic hosted by Heritage Gardens Health Care and Retirement Centers and Arrowhead United Way on Friday, September 16, 2011, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Health Screening Clinic will take place at Heritage Gardens Retirement Center, located at 25271 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA 92354. The event is open to all seniors, who are also invited to tour the facility.
The flu vaccinations are provided by Senior Care Pharmacy; free blood sugar and blood pressure testing, and 02 saturation checks provided by Heritage Gardens Health Care nurses; hearing screening offered by Jeffrey Brice, balance checks provided by Pinnacle Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation; and senior insurance information is provided by Davis Nash.
Heritage Gardens Health Care Center is a 110-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that provides post-surgical rehabilitation and long-term care patients with assistance with activities of daily living.
