Teaching Fontana’s Tots
New Tiny Tots Program Starts at the Cypress Center
Fontana, California – The Mayor and City Council invite the public to explore opportunities available through the City’s Tiny Tots program. Parents can register now for classes available at the Cypress Center.
The Cypress Center is the newest location and site for Fontana’s Tiny Tots program. The Center, which was a full-service senior center less than six months ago, has been renovated and converted into a full-service neighborhood center. Tiny Tots is the Center’s first program and is set to be a success in the community.
The new Cypress Tiny Tots program gives children ages three to five memorable experiences in a recreational, school-type setting. Children will learn about shapes, colors, seasons, weather, holidays, numbers, letters, socialization skills and other fundamental subject areas. Crafts, music, games and outdoor activities are also included in a Tiny Tot’s daily routine, ensuring that fun and learning never end!
Tiny Tot classes meet twice a week on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes begin August 30. Fees are $65.00 for four weeks, but vary depending on class sessions and holidays. Register now by contacting Cypress Center staff at (909) 349-6988.
The Tiny Tots program is not a licensed daycare, but a recreation-based program. Register today and get your tots on the right track at an early age!
