Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Victoria Gardens is bringing European fashion flare to the Inland Empire.  The destination shopping center is adding international Spanish clothing company Zara to its list of fashion retailers.  Construction on the new store is currently underway, and guests will have the opportunity to shop in-store beginning summer of 2018.
