County Museum offers Family Fun every day this summer
Summer days will be packed with fun-filled activities for the whole family at the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands. With drop-in activities from creating a mosaic, painting a replica fossil, assembling a bird flip book to playing with old-fashioned toys, every member of the family will have fun while keeping their brain skills fresh.
“Our Avoid Summer Brain Drain program offers fun learning for everyone,” said Curator of Education Jolene Redvale. “Keeping kids busy learning over the summer helps them be ready to go back to school. Our program is filled with fun for families of all ages.”
Arts, science, history and nature add up to summer fun where families can express their creative side and explore new topics. “Avoid Summer Brain Drain” are included with paid museum admission and run through August 5. Drop-in activities are from 11am to 4pm on Tuesdays through Saturdays, and 1 to 4pm on Sundays. Activities are age-appropriate and change each day; not all activities are the same every day.
