Free Home Preservation Workshop
Who: Congressman Ken Calvert and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, the Orange County Home Ownership Preservation Collaborative, US Bank, GMAC, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank, HSBC Bank, PNC Bank, Bank of America and Fannie Mae.
The workshop is designed provide housing counselors and lenders a face-to-face opportunity to either initiate or discover where attendees are in the loan modification process, FREE of charge for anyone who wants to save their home from foreclosure. Representatives of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and the Orange County Home Ownership Preservation Collaborative will offer FREE individual sessions with homeowners who want to protect their homes from foreclosure.
Homeowners who wish to attend should bring:
- Copies of your recent mortgage statement
- Copies of your two most current pay stubs
- Copies of your most recent 2 years’ W2s
- Copies of your most recent 2 years’ tax returns
- A list of your monthly expenses
When: Saturday, February 26, 2011, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where:Ladera Ranch Middle School, 29551 Sienna Parkway, in Ladera Ranch (Mission Viejo), in the multi-purpose room
Why:To help homeowners avoid foreclosure and to provide an update of what services are currently being offered by lenders and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
