Victorville, CA – High Desert manufacturers will be looking for employees at the “Made in the High Desert” Job Fair Oct. 28. The Invitation-only event will be held at the San Bernardino County Fair Grounds.

The San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board (WDB) and San Bernardino County First District Supervisor Robert Lovingood are hosting the event.
“The ‘Made in the High Desert’ Job Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect manufacturers with the employees they need and want to grow their businesses,” said Supervisor Lovingood.
Chmura Economics & Analytics states San Bernardino County has added 5,447 manufacturing jobs during the past three years, raising the total to 90,727.
“Helping manufacturers succeed is a major priority for our Board,” said Tony Myrell, WDB Chairman. “We provide a multitude of business solutions and are an invaluable resource for finding well-trained, high-quality employees.”
The “Made in the High Desert” Job Fair will be held from 8 a.m.-Noon on October 28th, 2016 at the High Desert Event Center within the Fair Grounds, 14800 Seventh St.
