Southern Region Student Wellness Conference
San Bernardino, CA – The eighth annual Southern Region Student Wellness Conference is scheduled to be held July 22-26 in Palm Desert.
The conference, which has more than 650 participants registered, provides information that benefits the emotional, mental, physical and social health of all students in efforts to spur academic achievement. Participants from Southern California include those from education, government, law enforcement, health services, community and faith-based groups.
San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office is among the event’s organizers, along with the County Department of Behavioral Health.
Featuring dozens of breakout sessions and several keynote presenters, the conference examines all aspects of coordinated school health.
