Tracylyn Sharrit Is Now Part Of The Time For Change Foundation Team
Former Director Of Development And Marketing At Second Harvest Food Bank Riverside And San Bernardino Counties Has Joined Time For Change Foundation As Director Of Development
Tracylyn Sharrit is vetted in multifaceted areas of community service, which laid the path to her working as an AmeriCorps VISTA in 2005. She exuded success in fundraising, brand development, capacity building, and creating/expanding evidence-based programs. After successful completion of her AmeriCorps term, Tracylyn was recommended to Second Harvest Food Bank serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties; here, she became the Director of Development and Marketing.
A passionate, respected, member of the San Bernardino community who has her finger on the pulse of the needs of disenfranchised people in the Inland Empire, Tracylyn understands proven programs are key to moving families and San Bernardino forward. The former President of the San Bernardino Sunset Rotary Club, she is a recognized professional in nonprofit fund development and marketing.
Tracylyn said, “After a great deal of prayer and contemplation, I believe that I have a purposed mission in coming home to the city of San Bernardino to assist in the mission of Time for Change Foundation to address many of the issues within the city in which I live in, raised my children in, and love.” Mrs. Sharrit’s passion for working with Second Harvest Food Bank has been highly visible, having a direct benefit in feeding the Inland Empire for many years. “We are excited to have Tracylyn as part of the Time for Change family. Her passion, exuberance, and God-given talents definitely fit perfectly with our organization,” said Kim Carter, Executive Director of Time for Change Foundation.
