Fontana Celebrates New Affordable Housing Community

Siena Apartments home to low-income families and formerly homeless individuals
Fontana, Ca – The City of Fontana and Palm Communities announced today that the grand opening ceremony for Siena Apartments will take place on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 10 a.m., on the project site located at 7807 Juniper Avenue, Fontana, CA 92336. The 54-unit affordable multi-family apartment community will provide 15 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly homeless individuals and 39 units of affordable housing for families.

- Danavon L. Horn, President & CEO of Palm Communities
Siena Apartments reduced rents and close proximity to K-8 schools, parks, public transportation, retail and medical services make it an ideal location for a multi-family housing community. In addition, all residents will have on-site access to social service programs such as ESL, GED, computer training and nutrition and wellness. The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health Full-Service Partnership will provide on-site case management and housing professionals to work with the Mental Health Services Act (MSHA) formerly homeless residents.
