Southern Calif. Women 50+ Encouraged to Let Their Passions Soar at Inspiring Conference: Time Flies, Catch It

POMONA, Calif., – Inter Valley Health Plan, a Pomona-based not-for-profit Medicare Advantage Health Plan is hosting its 5th Annual Women’s Changing, Aging Roles event: Time Flies, Catch It June 10 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m in La Verne, Calif.

Committed to enhancing the mind, body and spirit of older adults in Southern Calif., the non-profit health plan is once again putting on this complimentary conference to inspire women aged 50+ to let their passions soar and live in the moment.

“This event is very meaningful to us,” says Marion Schmid, Communications Manager, Inter Valley Health Plan. “This event continues to get stronger every year, with women from all over Southern Calif. coming out to experience the education and activities that fuel inspiration in a variety of ways. Our goal with this event is not just to inspire women but allow them to learn from one another and see this chapter in their lives as an opportunity to do what they’ve always wanted.”

The event will be held at Hillcrest Retirement Community in La Verne and attendees can enjoy refreshments, stimulating discussions by notable speakers, participate in interactive activities, and receive prizes. Women are encouraged to bring their daughters, sisters, and friends to enjoy activities such as the selfie booth and creation of a vision bucket.
