In California, more than half a million people have Alzheimer’s disease. Experts estimate that someone in the U.S. develops Alzheimer’s every 67 seconds. By mid-century someone will develop Alzheimer’s every 33 seconds.
This year’s walk4ALZ Inland Empire sponsors include Meridian Senior Living, Home Care Assistance, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), KABC-7, OC Elder Law, Right at Home and Wildwood Canyon Villa.
